Rhett MacNeille, MD

Gretchen Mason, PA
Gretchen brings more than two decades of orthopedic surgery experience to the team, with a special emphasis in total joint replacement. Having worked alongside many orthopedic surgeons over her career, she brings rare depth and perspective to patient care — and Dr. MacNeille counts himself lucky to have her on the team.
April Fletcher, CFA
April is Dr. MacNeille’s right hand. She joins him in the operating room on surgical days, assisting through the procedure and wound closure — and in the clinic she is a valuable resource for patients at every stage of care.
Michelle Murphy
Michelle is the engine that keeps the team running. As surgery navigator, she is your primary point of contact before and after surgery — guiding you through scheduling, preparation, and every question along the way.
Melissa Hines
Melissa works hand-in-hand with Gretchen every day and holds the whole crew together. The heart of the group, she makes sure the team — and every patient — is taken care of, usually while sporting one of her signature orthopedic-themed t-shirts.
